Yeah Regal took care of the entire battle on his own.I'm proud of him.

The beach is pretty okay. I don't actually like the ocean very much. There's no good updrafts over it and trying to fly with wet feathers is pretty bad. And I've always been more of a book nerd than anything else.

I'm not sure where to head to next after I get back to Olivine. Got any suggestions?

haha yeah you know the first time I tried Fly was over that damn ocean and as cool as it was it was a pretty rough ride

there's not really any way to get west of Cianwood, but if you head back east there's a town called Mahogany. spent a lot of last year there with Henry and my dad

Yeah. There was a lake further up towards the mountains in the forest I stayed in. I liked the forest more, but... it's good to have options.

well according to the pokedex, togekiss won't fly anywhere that there's strife

so there's been a few times that she hasn't let me fly on her

haven't had any experience with spearows but you should get a pidgey, they're tough little guys

back when my dad was here I gave him a Pidgeotto as a Christmas gift

i think she went back to the wild when he left, but... she was real loyal to him while he was here.

Yeah. I kind of want one but I'd like to get one with more moves, if I don't end up with one attached to me from wandering out in the wild. Wild Pokemon are great, but they take a lot more work sometimes, and their move sets can be less flexible.

heh you're more into that stuff than i am, i barely keep track of moves at all 

I'm not even sure mine have any special ones outside of the ones I've taught them



and haha I guess, mostly i was just kinda desperate because he didn't really do the whole battling thing and all his pokemon were babies

didn't want anything to happen to him if i wasn't around, you know?

I don't really do much Pokemon breeding but I like to at least keep the move pools of my team varied. I know that since I rely pretty strongly on Flying types that I open myself up to weaknesses, so compensating for it is a good idea

Yeah, I get it. Still, it's nice of you to do that. It's good to see families that care about each other.
