[Understandably, Heather's actually asleep when the message arrives... but it's a restless sleep. The same one she's been sleeping every night since she heard that familiar old voice praying...]
[When Rise's tearful voice creeps and tugs her back into the world of the waking, Heather's curled up in bed, blankets wrapped tightly around herself despite the warm night. Lifting her head, she reaches out for the 'Gear, fumbling a little bit before holding it to her ear to catch the rest of the message. ... Oh... Rise.]
[Heather swallows.]
[She wasn't angry at Rise, not really... upset, yeah, but... almost everything had been upsetting her lately. And although she hasn't had cause to show it much to the people she's met in Johto, it's never been unusual for Heather to just disappear for awhile when she needs time to cool off. But that doesn't mean she likes it...]
[She looks over her shoulder to check on her roomies, both of whom are asleep... her father a shadowy figure in his bed on the other side of the room, and Henry sprawled haphazardly in a crooked lump across the floor over his sleeping bag.]
[... Normally she'd go outside, but she doesn't ... feel like leaving the safety of the covers right now. Maybe if she's really quiet...]

[CALL BACK]
... Rise, uh...
... Hey...
