I wasn't saying that you should tie her to a tree forever, only temporarily until you get the hang of it. Or at least get somebody to hold her down while you get on.

Nobody gets on a horse while the horse is running unless they're experts- I was just saying you need to find a way to keep her still if you want to learn how to ride her.

It's not so much getting up on a running horse as it is getting on a horse and then doing a nosedive off of it as it starts walking.
