[He laughs again, and leans back on his own hands.]
It's a nice day though, I wouldn't mind just staying out here a while.
[As much of a thrill as it is sneaking around when there's more of a chance of "discovery", it's...also nice to be out here where they can just figure out how to act around each other now, without having to be looking over their shoulders.]

[Now that they're both sitting down, she unshoulders her bag and opens it, digging around for a second before pulling out a white paper bag and holding out a small paper-wrapped parcel to Envy.]
Here, hungry?
I stopped by that fancy deli Lust told us about on the way and got us sandwiches.

Hey, yeah! I hadn't gotten to try that place yet.
[He unwraps his, but waits on her to get her own out before he starts eating.]
[He wonders if this counts as a date.]

[The sandwiches are half-rolls stuffed with turkey (or convincing turkey substitute or whatever they really use for meat in this place) and pepperjack cheese and some kind of spicy tomato pesto. She'd almost gone with something off the specials list called Kalos Picnic-- a baguette with ham and brie and tart apple slices-- but waffled at the last minute. It sounded like something France would have cooked up for the entire house on an outing, and she wasn't sure she liked the idea of handing something like that to Envy so soon.]
[She unwraps her own and doesn't hesitate to take a big bite, chewing momentarily before making an approving noise and giving Envy a thumbs-up. GOOD DELI, A+ WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN.]

[Also the sandwiches she did get are fucking delicious, GOOD CHOICE HEATHER. He just gives her a thumbs-up back, because no sooner had she taken a bite herself than he'd gone right for it.]
[He's content to just eat in silence for a little while; silence is easier at the moment because he's growing increasingly more certain that this is A Date. But he can't keep shoving sandwich in his face forever, and being quiet otherwise just can't happen when your name is Envy.]
Ahh, these are good. And think, if you hadn't brought them we'd be stuck eating stuff we found...or I don't know, maybe we'd mug a Hiker for his lunch.
[He grins, clearly (mostly) just joking about that.]

[SO INSTEAD IT'S TURKEY.]
[She laughs muffledly through a mouthful before swallowing and replying thickly,]
I don't know about that.
I'm pretty sure those guys just eat rocks.

God, maybe that's why they always catch Geodudes.
So they always have a snack.
[He makes spooky fingers with his free hand.]

HAHA, shit, I think we just uncovered a conspiracy.
Quick, we should call the Jennies!
[She grabs her PokeGear with the hand that's not holding her sandwich and mimes dialing the emergency number.]
