_{[It's a fairly common occurrence for Godzilla the Totodile to hijack Heather's 'Gear-- he's sort of had an affinity for filming ever since he first hatched, after all. But apart from his one little act of philanthropy a few weeks back, he's actually been surprisingly absent for the most part, at least in the sense that he hasn't been filming with the 'Gear much, with or without permission.]

[But TODAY when Heather's feed fizzles on, it's not the blond trainer but instead the little blue crocodile Pokemon.]

[His pebbled brows are furrowed, though, and ... are those BAGS under his eyes? Is it even possible for reptiles to GET bags under their eyes? Is Heather just rubbing off on him or what?]

[He seems to be sitting on the little balcony outside his trainer's room at the Ecruteak Inn, stubby legs dangling off the edge between the rail bars. Ecruteak is a quiet town at night, and as such there's none of the loud nightlife that characterizes many late-night city posts. Just crickets, and the occasional sound of people or Pokemon moving about in the brightly-lit room behind him.]

[It's a moment or two before he actually says anything, but the look in his red eyes is deeper and more contemplative than the normally self-centered little animal usually has.]}

... What do you have to do to be a good Pokemon?

_{[The truth is that... while, yeah, Heather hasn't been nearly as close to the Totodile as before, it's mostly... outside factors. He has no idea that's the case, though. :(]}

_{[But aw, Totobaby. Tricia tilts her head a lot but looks like she's paying attention, while Aidan is mostly curious/trying to get to the bottom of the issue.]}

_{[His tone makes it pretty clear that now in hindsight, he feels pretty stupid for having thought that.]}

_{[That IS stupid. Tricia sort of gapes at him for a second before speaking.]}

That was a jerk move, Blues, seriously.

_{[She'd never do that. What. Aidan nudges her before trying to be .. uh, at least somewhat therapeutic?]}

You're not gonna do that again, right?

_{[He hangs his head, averting his eyes from the screen.]}

I was really mad, okay?

I'm not gonna do it again!

Yeah, I sure wouldn't if I were you. Of course nobody likes you if you try to eat them.

_{[Cannot let that go. Tricia is SHOCKED AND APPALLED, Blues. She flicks her ears back somewhat but then realizes that oh right, he's trying to change, so maybe he deservers SOME credit.]}

... good that you're not gonna, though. Hey, you should just try being cuddly. To make up for it!

Well... if it's to show you're sorry and that you're trying to be different, I don't think that would be a bad thing to do.

Yeah, Blues, you should try to get a LOT of attention to show them your new good self! I think if you're trying to be, you already kind are. New and good, that is. Just give your trainer a cuddle and she'll be like "Oh, this is new", and maybe be all suspicious, but then she'll be pleasantly surprised and you'll have nothing to worry about!

_{[Yeah, considering Heather's only other water Pokemon is a giant pink thing who was officially too slow to even NOTICE the storm's effects until it had already passed, none of the rest of her team were particularly sympathetic, either. They just saw a spoiled baby who was ALREADY demanding and bratty take his bad behavior to the next level.]

[But he lets out a sigh.]

[As much as it feels like wallowing (and it ABSOLUTELY IS), he just doesn't think that will work. :(]}

_{[Tricia rolls her eyes. Wallowing is nothing she understands, so she'll just keep pushing.]}

Blues, come on. You asked, we answered. You could at least try. If you don't that's just ... rude. To us. Come on, right now, just go and hug her leg or something. You're tiny enough for that right? Yeah, and then you keep your teeth out of it. It's REALLY simple.

But that's what I used to do for ATTENTION, and it was ANNOYING.

She'll just tell me I'm being annoying!

[So while he looks a little huffy, he doesn't retort. Just looks off to the side with angrily-furrowed brows. He doesn't answer Tricia.]}

... No... I guess not...

And you miss her, right?

_{[He's just going to assume, because he knows he'd miss HIS trainer if he stopped talking to him. :C]}
