I AM SO DONE WITH THIS.

A whole week is WAY too long for those working shifts. Seriously. BUT I made enough cash to stock up on some supplies, so I'm blowin' this joint. Anyone who wants to meet on the way or catch me before I go, I don't know, let me know over the Pokegear or something.

Oh, and so apparently there's a Beedrill swarm or something. I dunno what that is, but if it's a bee, it's a bug, and if it's a bug, I'll probably be fine.

... Well, probably.

On that subject, yo Rise?

You've probably already left, but hey, did the Pokemart stock bleach? And detergent?

... And buckets?

... Cuz I need one of each.

Hmm, I think I saw some drain cleaner in the janitorial closet of the Center. Maybe I'll borrow some of that.

[She pauses thoughtfully.] Hmmm... I saw some sprayer cans, like for Windex or whatever the equivalent of that is here, but if these bee things are as big as everyone says they are, I doubt that'll be too useful. I might have to improvise. I think I have an idea, though... hm, plastic...

It's Liquid Snake. Just Liquid will suffice. [Yeah, her mature mind probably isn't going to have trouble giggling at that one. Better than being Solid Snake, though.

But, hey, at least his shirtlessness gives you a nice view.]

Whatever you do, take care with it. Chemical burns are rather annoying.

If you can get that far, Otacon and I are holing up in Dark Cave until the swarm passes. The Beedrill don't seem to want to come in, so it's safe enough here.

[Ohhhh yeah. Both brows shoot waaaay way up at that one. She's heard some weird names since coming here but 'Liquid Snake' is almost up there with 'Kazooie'. If she were more vulgar, she could probably take that name and turn it into some kind of horribly disgusting but hilarious bathroom-related joke but she refrains. However, if you listen really closely, you can hear her mentally cracking up.]

And yeeeeah, I won't lie, the last time I did this, I was a little closer to it than I wanted to be. I'll be careful. [She doesn't wanna be anywhere near it when it actually releases the gas, which may require some thought. But she's a resourceful kid. She'll think of something.]

[headtilt] You realize that the liquids that you produce will be corrosive, don't you? Ventilating the mixture and then simply spraying it might be an easier method of attack than trying to poison them with gases.

Yeah. I figured. I mean, if I had a baby I'd probably have to be high to be like "You know what would be a good name? Liquid." Anyway, code name, cool.

And yeah, I do, I just haven't found any containers big enough to take these guys on... But I've accomplished some pretty nasty things with the poison gases before. I think I can do this.

And naaaah, I'll be fine! If nothing else, I did track in high school. I can run.

Of course. Also, I'd recommend grabbing an antidote or two before you leave, if you don't have some already. They seem to work in humans as well as Pokemon, in case you do happen to be stung.
