1. I challenge you to a Pokemon Battle!
Characters: Heather Mason (Silent Hill) and Vaati (Legend of Zelda)
First thing upon getting to Johto, Heather was outraged over a lack of pants in a place where traveling in the wilderness is a must. Frustrated, she issued a challenge over the 'Gear network. Battle her. Lose, give her your pants. Win, and.... she respects you. Or something.
The challenge was answered in a battle of wits, and the end result was.... well.
Both Heather and Vaati failing epically at being Pokemon trainers.
... She did get pants in the end, though!
2. Down at the old five and dime...
Characters: Heather Mason (Silent Hill), Rise Kujikawa (Persona 4), and Yuugi Moto (Yu-Gi-Oh!)
The morning after arriving in Cherrygrove, Heather goes exploring. She proceeds to run into two people she'd only communicated with via Pokegear thus far-- Rise and Yuugi. Friendships are forged. Dorkiness ensues.

Zack Fair arrives in Cherrygrove and witnesses Heatherutterly fail at controlling her klepto-Growlithe experience some minor difficulties with her Pokemon. Like any good hero, he saves the day and wins unconditional love. ...From the Growlithe, of course. Cujo + Zack = bffs 4eva.

On a balmy morning in Cherrygrove City, Heather comes face to face with something she didn't think existed besides herself and the sole other survivor of that whole 'birth of God' incident-- someone who had seen Silent Hill's other side and lived to tell the tale. Time to break the ice.

In the wake of the Beedrill swarm set off by Otacon and Liquid Snake, Heather decides to take it upon herself to solve the problem... with science! And assistance from one Zack Fair.

What starts as an innocent attempt on Rise's part to get a recently-arrived-in-Violet-City Heather and her Pokemon to clean themselves off after a week of roughing it in the wild quickly turns into chaos.

8. Here we come to save the day!
Characters: Heather Mason (Silent Hill), Luke Triton (Professor Layton), Kay Faraday (Ace Attorney), and Rhode Camelot (some anime that I forget)
Luke and Rhode meet to settle a dispute-- unfortunately, the weather isn't cooperating, and the outskirts of Violet City aren't exempt to the dangerous flooding that's been happening all over Johto and the two aren't safe for long. Luckily, Kay Faraday has set out in search of Rhode already, and Heather had left earlier to hunt for stranded travelers on what she refers to as the Good Ship Woodpile. ... It's... about as reliable as it sounds. But even so, rescue is at hand.
9. FOR ROHAN.
Characters: Heather Mason (Silent Hill), Liquid Snake (Metal Gear Solid), and Hal 'Otacon' Emmerich (also Metal Gear Solid).
To keep Liquid Snake from slaughtering a bunch of monks during the week or so he was trapped in the Sprout Tower and going stir-crazy, Heather had promised him they could both get totally smashed as soon as he got out.
One restless cloned supersoldier + a poorly-behaved teenager + a reluctant nerd + some nasty moonshine = a drunken rampage around Violet City, apparently.

Because James needs his hand held to make the treacherous journey between Cherrygrove and Violet (you just never KNOW about those feral purple rats, okay?), Heather agreed to meet him halfway.
What she doesn't know is that he neglected to tell her he'd invited along a certain mystery guest.

After several days of desperate searching for a kidnapped Kay Faraday, the gaggle of teens hunting for her finally stumble across the cave her captor has been keeping her in, and take it by storm.

A log for the Fog Event in September of 2010.
When the fog came rolling in, Heather stopped seeing Johto and started seeing Silent Hill. Her PokeGear? Nothing but static and squealing-- all her friends, gone-- no one but her and the monsters, and a thousand grungy nooks and crannies to die in, and this time, she doesn't even have a reason for being there! All she can do is try to stay alive long enough to find a way out of hell-town ... Or so she thinks.
In reality? She's rampaging around Violet City with a blunt object.
Wish the Jennies luck with this one.
13. Where am I today? I wish that I knew.

After rearing her ugly head after having disappeared during the fog incident and shambling around Azalea unwittingly making her presence known (not a good idea when you're a fugitive, even if most of the people she's running into are thankfully friends), Otacon and Rise step in to save the day and make sure Heather doesn't wind up walking right into a cop.

Still in hiding from the police, Heather runs into Roxas by the Slowpoke Well.

You know the thing that sucks most about camping? No hot water. Yeah, it kind of sucks. So against all reason, Heather's actually creeping into town to see if maybe possibly sneaking into the Pokemon Center is an option. It's not really that she wants to be reckless, but after all, she is pretty good at not being noticed when she really doesn't want to be! ... Um... right? .... Aw crap is that a person with a badge walking this way. FFFFFFUUUU--!
Well, good thing there's a certain stealth-expert in town...SPOILERS: IT'S SOLID SNAKE.

17. Day of the Missing Numbers

"And this glitch? Basically, the end of the world."
So, weird shit happens in Johto. That much has come to be expected. But everything else at least had an explanation Heather could buy. The Unown and their crystal flood? Crazy haunted stuff from those old Ruins. The nightmarish fog? Turns out ghosts are jerks no matter what world you're in.
This? According to Otacon, it's just the end of the line.
Well, Heather's stopped the end of the world once. Might not be her place to do so again if that's what this is, but at the very least, she doesn't want to go down without a fight. So she's taking to the pixelated streets both in search of others who didn't wind up pixelated monstrosities, AND in search of the missing numbers that caused this.
And guess what? She found a steel pipe.

After a slightly late start, a grizzled old man, a spunky teenage girl, and a lawyer set off on a quest. Or a really inconvenient trip. Either or.
21. A cop and a teenage delinquent walk into a coffee shop...

Cybil has been looking for a little girl. And that little girl is here and...a good decade older. And doesn't have black hair anymore either. And is running around calling herself Heather...it's time to play catch up.
22. In which Heather is totally the best babysitter ever.
Characters: Heather Mason (Silent Hill), Artemis and Beckett Fowl (Artemis Fowl).
After grudgingly lending Artemis Fowl a hand by locating and taking care of his younger brother until Artemis himself could make it back to Violet City, Heather's FIIIINALLY passing the little bundle of joy and hyperactivity back over to his rightful caretaker.

A week or two after his arrival in Johto, Heather is finally reunited with her father. For real this time, even! But almost two years (and one HELL of a nightmarish day in that town) have gone by for Heather since Harry died... before he could tell her the whole truth about both their pasts himself. It's time for both of them to fill each other in on what they missed... there's a lot to talk about.
24. LET'S GET SOME SHOES. ... Or. You know. Party supplies. Yeah.

In preparation for Kaito's birthday, his friends Aoko, Crow, and Heather decide to do some decoration shopping on the sly. This quickly degenerates into finding the dumbest-looking party supplies possible.

Heather, and a mild-mannered novelist who's probably the only mature adult there.

27. Leave my door open just a crack, 'cause I feel like such an insomniac...

Losing beloved friends and gaining unwanted reminders of the past in payment... none of that makes for a peaceful night's sleep, not even in peaceful little Ecruteak City. Some people think that the best cure for a churning, restless mind on bad-dream-filled nights is to indulge the sweet tooth a bit. Which is why Heather is slipping down to the (closed) inn kitchen in search of some ice cream, when she encounters the only thing worse than being forced to remedy a lack of ice cream by 'borrowing' some: getting busted by a cop for doing just that.
.... Except that it turns out he's down there for the exact same reason she is!

28. The Johto-Wide Fighting Tournament

And then Heather got completely owned by a giant space robot. Good thing he's also fine with teaching her the art of fighting a little less ... Silent Hill-y.

After those three days that were lost a lot of people probably had weird dreams about things they can't for the life of them remember. Coop and Heather are two of these people. And they've got some things to talk about.
