114. Fourth Wall Post [VIDEO/ACTION FOR ANYWHERE]

.... Yeah.
Yeah, you're in the complete wrong region.
Mount Moon's in Kanto.
[Heather huffs out a sigh and takes hold of Cujo's mane as the wayward Grey and his weird spacedog head back to their spaceship, which had landed conveniently on top of one of the Pokemon Centers, barely even remarkable in the middle of all the other chaos that's happening.]
Man, at this point, the only thing that could surprise me on weekends like this are things staying normal.
Early Morning
[Henry's Alarmed Monotone came from somewhere around the girl's ear. When she didn't rise, the photographer got desperate. Heather would suddenly find a sopping wet Leafeon STEPPING ALL OVER HER ORGANS as he paced in a worried circle on top of her bed.]
HeatherheatherheatherHEATHER HEATHER HEATHER SOMETHING IS WRONG.

[Heather, meanwhile, groaned.]
Henry... m'tired, leave me alone.
[And, as an afterthought, she bucked her shoulder a little.]
N'get your stupid cat off me.
[It was hard to tell the equally-light footfalls of a Leafeon and a Glameow apart when you were half awake.]

[There's a pretty big jar rolling down the sidewalk, and doing the rolling is the little green lizardthing inside. Making squeaky 'ehn' noises, because rolling such a big jar when you're that tiny is hard work.]
[It stops to gape up at the leaving spaceship though. Envy's never seen anything like that.]
no subject
[Unfortunately, Envy's moment of distraction costs him, because in the time he stops to stare at the silvery disc in the sky, Cujo's keenly-trained senses alert him to the fact that there is what is obviously A TOY rolling down the sidewalk!]
[Panting like an overexcited toddler who's just seen a balloon, Cujo leaves Heather's side to trot over and snatch the entire jar up in his mouth. He has a big mouth.]
no subject
[There's a lot of squeaky indignant shrieking coming from the thing in the jar.]
Hey! Put me down, you stupid animal! How dare you!
[What do you know it sounds just like a certain treehead. Although this...isn't the right Envy.]

Lust's been trying to keep his attention with food. It's become a game, her spearing a bit of food with one of her talons and dangling it for him like one plays with a cat as she goes along.
Only now he's ignoring the treat on the end of Lust's extended claw entirely, rolling off with excited exclamations toward a girl and her dog and...whatever had just walked away from her.]
This must be what humans go through when they take hallucinogens.

[At that point, Heather looks over her shoulder-- and her face lights up in recognition. Oh... oh hey! She remembers that face! It's... well, actually, now that she thinks of it, she doesn't remember the name. Did they ever actually introduce themselves to each other?]
Oh, hey. Yeah, uh...
[She jerks her thumb at all the crazy shit going on.] This happens sometimes. You get used to it.
Sort of like everything else.
no subject
[She flicks the treat off of her talon and retracts it, shaking her head at the spheal as he rolls in rapid circles round the...dog bear thing. He'll eat it or someone else will.
Why does everyone else have more intimidating pokemon than her?]
I know your voice.

Another strange weekend it seems.
no subject
Yeah...
[She turns around and rubs the back of her neck.]
At this point, I'm kinda used to them. Better than getting freaked out all the time, I guess.
[And she hasn't seen... the thing she'd come to associate with these weekends (and DREAD) in about a year now. She's just hoping he doesn't rear his ugly head NOW.]
no subject
You're right about that.
Since it's one of those weekends, what do you say we find something fun to do while we wait it out?

...
Was that really an alien? [ NOT THAT HE'S SURPRISED BECAUSE JUSTICE LEAGUE AND ALL BUT... WAS THAT AN ALIEN? ]
[ video ]
[Even a good costume wouldn't explain the spaceship, though. But honestly, she's really not all that surprised by the alien's presence to begin with. :I She's seen weirder.]
no subject
I wish I could say that that was the strangest thing I have seen all weekend.
[And it damn well might be. But he's not going to tempt fate. Scar isn't even particularly addressing the woman standing nearby who's just dealt with the... close encounter... but she's nearby enough to hear it.]
no subject
[She looks over her shoulder, quirking her brow. She's never seen Scar's face-- what little communication they've had was through text. So needless to say, she doesn't recognize him.]
Yeah?
These weekends can get pretty nuts, no joke about it.
You probably haven't seen anything yet.
no subject
I'd like to think that I have, though nothing should even surprise me at this point.
[Bright orange dogs shoot fire from their mouths. And that's normal. No, Scar, you really shouldn't be surprised at anything.]
This happens frequently, then?
[PLEASE, NO.]

Holy crap! Was that a real Grey?!
[He looks pretty disappointed to have just missed it.]

That's probably racist or something.
[She offers Hagakure a shrug. Her Growlithe, though, happily waddles over to snuffle on his shoes.]

Uh.
Hey.
... Glad to see you weren't capslocked to death.
action;
Look, ah, not that it'll do much good since you saw that whole fight happen and everything, but Envy and I have sorted things out. We're not about to go around trying to kill each other.
[Not that they would have to begin with but that's beside the point.]
