Type: Ghost/Poison
Ability: Levitate (Damage dealing Ground-type moves have no effect on this Pokémon. Cannot be trapped by Arena Trap ability. Takes no damage from Spikes.)
If anyone has ever gotten a random text along the lines of "lol u shuld suk a dick :)" from Heather's 'Gear number, it was probably this guy.
Probably one of the more antagonistic members of Heather's team, Slightly was literally mailed to her IN A BOX from a departed friend. Yeah, not even deposited in her PC box-- mailed in a literal box. She's not sure whether she's happy to have a memento of the bizarre little detective or pissed off that he mailed her a ghost.
Needless to say, Slightly frequently butts heads with his new trainer, who he has no qualms about dragging via giant chatspeak textwalls detailing all the ways she TTLY BLOWZ. Knock-down, drag-out fights between the two have happened on more than one occasion, though they fortunately never cause much lasting damage on account of Gengars seemingly being made of rubber, and ghost-punches not leaving actual bruises.
While he can't speak, he is the one of the only members of Heather's team that seems to have a grasp on the written language, however tenuous and shaky that grasp is-- the team won't let him get away with much in the way of actual mischief anymore, so he frequently turns to the network to get his kicks, posting wank fodder to online message boards ("lol dj mary sux"), rick-rolling, and generally being a pain in the ass. Heather has been banned from more websites than she's ever actually visited.
Fortunately, Slightly's pretty harmless outside of bitching constantly and getting Heather blamed for all his online trolling. More recently, since gaining the admiration of Moe and Curly, he's managed to find a new outlet for rabble-rousing in the form of just straight-up telling them to go start shit and proudly taking credit for the aftermath. Aside from this little posse, Wren is the only other Pokemon on the team he actively gets along with-- she's a free agent of chaos, and he can respect that.
... And, well, okay, Cheryl is grudgingly accepted, but only when nobody else is watching.
